Shipping policy

Shipments are made Monday through Thursday within the USA only via USPS.

Any orders placed after 1:00 PM on Thursday through Sunday will be baked and shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays.

Pink's Bakery is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as delivered but subsequently lost. Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations or denied access to the delivery site.  

Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates. Pink's Bakery is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.
